Based in Midvale, UT. Appointments are typically within about 60 minutes. Travel is included within 30 minutes; beyond that, a $50 travel fee may apply per visit. Any travel fee is quoted and confirmed in writing before services begin.

When should I hire a doula?
Many families reach out in the second trimester or early third trimester, but it is never too late to ask. Start with a free consultation and we will talk through timing.
Do you work with hospitals and midwives?
Yes. A doula provides non-medical support and works alongside your medical team. Your licensed providers remain responsible for clinical care and decisions.
What happens during the free consultation?
We talk through your due date, hopes and concerns, support preferences, and what you want your birth experience to feel like. You can ask anything and there is no pressure to book.
What if my plans change?
Birth is dynamic. Doula support adapts to your needs and your preferences. Any scheduling or package details will be confirmed in writing before services begin.
