About Me
Why I became a birth doula
I've been drawn to childbirth for as long as I can remember: the physiology, the options, and the decisions families face. As I learned more, I saw how much calmer and more confident people feel when they understand what's happening and what choices are available.
At 21, a personal experience made it clear that this wasn't just an interest I wanted to keep to myself. I wanted to support families directly. Soon after, I trained through the International Doula Institute and earned my certification. I love this work, and I'm committed to offering support that is steady, respectful, and practical.
Why I chose Ortho-Bionomy®
I grew up learning to pay attention to the body: to notice what increases ease, what feels protective, and what helps the nervous system settle. That perspective shaped the kind of work I wanted to offer alongside doula support.
When I was introduced to Ortho-Bionomy® through a mentor, it immediately matched what I value: gentle, non-invasive techniques that respect your comfort and invite change without force.
